18k gold filled huggie hoops with a piece from a naturally discarded conus sea snail shell. Cone snails are among the most venomous creatures on earth. Among the most toxic are the textile, geographic, and tulip snails and there is a higher risk of death if the geographic and textile snails are involved. All capture their prey by means of harpoon-like hollow teeth (radula) that are rapidly jabbed into their prey to inject the toxic venom!

    All my pieces are created by hand and made to order. I value and use high quality materials to extend the life of each piece so they are non-tarnish. Earring hooks are 18k gold stainless steel. Clasps, chains, beads, hoops, jump rings and other hardware are 18k gold filled, pewter, 24k gold zamak (a hypoallergenic, exceptionally solid, firm, non-tarnishing, recyclable, long lasting metal) , 925 sterling silver or stainless steel depending on the piece and material availability. Pearls, shells and gemstones and other beads are natural, genuine, and from the Earth and will vary and size, pattern and shade.

  • CARE INFORMATION

    Each adornment has been smoke cleansed with anglem (burned twined cotton cloth) or asta sughanda infused with dragon's blood resin in order to release and drive away possible harmful energies. Take off when in contact with water, avoid pulling wire, and clean with a dry cloth and store in cotton cloth bag (free with purchase) when not in use to preserve integrity.
