Green Tigers Eye + Baroque Pearl Hoops

Hoop earrings made of green tigers eye and a baroque pearl, on an 18k gold plated hook. 
 
Each adornment has been smoke cleansed with anglem (burned twined cotton cloth) infused with dragon's blood resin in order to release and drive away malevolent spirits or energies.
 
Known since the 1800s as a protective amulet, Tiger Eye is known for its chatoyancy and shine. This cat-eye shimmering effect is caused by the mineral’s natural parallel structures and reflective light that hits these minute, needle-like fibers. While brownish gold and iron tiger eye is known as a wild force of energy,  green tiger eye possesses similar energy, but grounds and roots you to your own personal will. 
 
Pearls are the only gems born from a living creature in by way of a conscious, self nurturing process. They are representative of powerful feminine energy and the ability to create a new life within it.  The south sea pearl is the national gem of the Philippines and a sacred symbol.
